Canon my image garden scanner not working. Canon my image garden 3 6 1 is available to all software users as a free download for windows 10 pcs but also without a hitch on windows 7 and windows 8. Installation of my image garden is optional however to make the most out of your canon printer it is recommended. To display images in the calendar view unregistered people view or people view or to use the item recommendation function the folders in which the images are saved need to be subject to image analysis. If you have that version installed and still are unable to scan i recommend removing the printer scanner driver on your computer and then reinstall it. I have installed both the network and usb drivers to no avail. Compatibility with this photo editor software may vary but will generally run fine under microsoft windows 10 windows 8 windows 8 1 windows 7 windows vista and windows xp on either a 32 bit or 64 bit setup. Make sure that the folders in which the images are saved are subject to image analysis on the image analysis settings tab of the preferences dialog box.

Hi timofly the latest version of my image garden is ver 3 6 1. I downloaded canon my image garden and scanner is not recognized grayed out on the mig display on my hp pavillion 64bit w10. I just installed ny image garden.
